I had a chance to speak at a local church a couple of weeks ago and if you are interested you are welcome to listen!

I love the image of a Shepherd, admittedly that could be because of who I am, its kind of a natural draw and connection for me.

The challenge for me and all of us, is how are we going to shepherd our families. After all, we are leaving them with something, passing things down is, so maybe its about time we passed something down to our kids and future generations with intention and purpose…!

There is some refining I would like to do with this talk but here it is nonetheless.
